Although 20th Century Fox's option on his services for the sequel to Rise of the Planet of the Apes takes precedence, it seems that director Rupert Wyatt has nonetheless lined up his next project to follow the next stage in the simian take over of Earth. He and actress Charlize Theron (seen most recently in Young Adult and to be seen June 1st in Snow White and the Huntsman as the Evil Queen) have interested Universal in their concept for Agent 13. Virtually nothing is known about this project, except that it is rumored to be sci-fi. With a name like Agent 13, however, one has to wonder if it's some sort of futuristic spy film (which is nothing but pure conjecture).

"Agent 13" is based on a mid-'80's comic book called "Agent 13: the Midnight Avenger". Seems like an "Indiana Jones"-type thing mixed with sci-fi.
